    Terms & Conditions

    1. Payment of balance of booking (tariff minus deposit) is required 7 days prior to arrival (unless otherwise arranged).
    2. No credit card facilities are available for payments.
    3. Arrangements for key pickup to be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
    4. A $20 cash key deposit is required upon pickup of keys. Will be returned in full on return of keys on checkout.
    5. Animals are only permitted in “The Manor” with prior permission.
    6. Only the number of guests booked for will be permitted to stay on premises.                                                                                                                                                                   
    7. Rowdy behaviour or ill treatment of premises will not be tolerated.
    8. Breakages, damages and lost keys are to be reported to the owner or manager and paid for by the tenants.
    9. Tinonee Cottages are Non-Smoking premises.
    10. No responsibility is taken for tenants personal property left on the premises.
    11. Arrival time is 2.30pm, departure time is 10.30am.
    12. When vacating all windows and doors are to be locked. The premises are to be left in a clean and tidy condition, wheelie garbage & recycling bins are to be put out at kerbside. A cleaning fee may be applied otherwise. Refrigerator is to be left on, all other power points and lights are to be turned off. All keys must be returned.
    13. On arrival please report any problems immediately. All complaints must be in writing, we appreciate you notifying us of any issues and will endeavour to rectify them.

     

    If any of the above conditions are not met tenancy may be terminated and immediate vacation of premises requested. No refund will be given.

     

    Cancellation Conditions:

    All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation 14 days before arrival will result in a 1 day booking charge, within 7 days before arrival charged at the full cost of the booking. Cancellation fees may be waived in certain instances at owners discretion. Monies will be returned if the same dates are able to be re-booked less a 10% processing fee.

     

    Security Deposit:

    I agree to provide my Credit Card details below for the purpose of a $300 security deposit. No monies shall be deducted from the credit card unless required to recover costs by the landlord after vacating. I shall be notified prior to any deductions being made.

     

    Payment Conditions:

    A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. 

     

    No booking is confirmed until short term lease completed and returned. This lease shall be sent upon initial reservation request. Must be completed and returned with deposit within 5 days of receipt.

     

    Payment in full is required prior to arrival. 

     

    Cheque payments must be cleared prior to arrival. 

     

    Direct deposit is available and preferred.

    As listed on the web site, and in our brochure, both cottages are similar to a home away from home. Fully self-contained, they include cooking facilities, linen, washing facilities plus much more.

    • Fully appointed kitchen: cook top, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, china, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans

    • Washing Machine, Dryer, hills hoist clothes line, pegs, iron
    • Wood BBQ, BBQ utensils, timber supplied
    • All linen provided including towels
    • Beach towels upon request when booking, also beach toys and 2 beach chairs available
    • Air conditioned, heaters
    • Travel Cot, 2 x child gates, highchair, cot linen – please request when booking
    • Video, stereo, 3 TVs, Playstation 2, DVD, children’s videos, books, toys
    • Cubby House,  small plastic slippery dip, chalkboard, chalk
